Scholarship Info
Please fill out the Jotform below to be considered for the scholarship. The Mid Valley Rebels Football and Cheer Board will consider applicants in June prior to registration closing. Scholarship Notifications will be sent out in mid-June. The Scholarship only covers the registration fee's.
